01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Member", "Player") and Anekatoto ("Company", "Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"), governing your access to and use of the Anekatoto website located at anekatoto.cam and all associated services, products, and features offered therein.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing the Anekatoto platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

Anekatoto operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform serving players across Malaysia, including those located in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and other regions throughout the country. Our services include, but are not limited to, live casino games, sports betting, slot games, and progressive jackpot products.

02 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Member on the Anekatoto platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Member's Account, comprising deposited funds, bonus credits, and any winnings accumulated through gameplay.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or incentive offered by Anekatoto to Members, subject to applicable bonus terms.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process required by Anekatoto to confirm a Member's identity, age, and source of funds prior to processing withdrawals.
• "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency used on the Anekatoto platform.
• "Platform" means the Anekatoto website, mobile site, and any associated software or applications.
• "Wagering Requirement" (also "Rollover") means the minimum amount of real-money bets a Member must place before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.

03 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on Anekatoto, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Anekatoto strictly prohibits the use of its services by individuals under this age limit.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is permitted or not explicitly prohibited.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of any person employed by Anekatoto or its affiliated entities.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or national responsible gambling registry.
• You must be registering as an individual and acting on your own behalf — not on behalf of any third party.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

04 Registration & KYC Verification

All Members are required to complete the registration process accurately and truthfully. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account closure without notice.

Anekatoto reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of e-wallet, bank account, or card in the Member's name).
• Source of funds documentation where deposits exceed prescribed thresholds.

Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Anekatoto may place temporary withdrawal holds on accounts pending documentation review. KYC checks are conducted in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) obligations.

05 Deposits & Payments

Anekatoto accepts deposits in MYR through a range of locally supported payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and selected cryptocurrency networks including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and BNB.

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction.
• Anekatoto does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Anekatoto reserves the right to request additional verification before crediting deposits that trigger AML thresholds.
• All cryptocurrency deposits are credited at the prevailing MYR-equivalent exchange rate at the time of network confirmation.

06 Withdrawals

Members may request withdrawals of cleared, non-bonus funds subject to the following conditions:

• The Member's account must be fully KYC-verified prior to any withdrawal being processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit, unless otherwise approved by the Anekatoto compliance team.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are published on the cashier page.
• Anekatoto targets a processing time of under five (5) minutes for most MYR withdrawals via DuitNow and FPX. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or for accounts undergoing additional verification.
• Anekatoto reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawals where fraud, bonus abuse, or AML concerns are identified.
• Withdrawal requests exceeding prescribed daily or weekly limits may require additional approval from the finance team.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

Anekatoto offers various promotional incentives to Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, VIP tier rewards, referral bonuses, and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. All promotions are governed by the following general terms, supplemented by promotion-specific terms published at the point of offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Members only and may be restricted based on account history, deposit method, or promotional eligibility criteria.
• Each promotion will specify its applicable wagering requirement (rollover multiplier). Common multipliers range from X10 to X20 applied to the bonus amount.
• During active bonus play, a maximum bet limit applies — typically between MYR 250 and MYR 500 per round or wager. Exceeding this limit may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Slot games generally contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Table games, live dealer games, and sports betting may contribute at a reduced rate (typically 10%–20%). Game contributions are listed on individual promotion pages.
• Bonuses expire within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms (commonly 7, 14, or 30 days from issuance). Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be removed automatically.
• Anekatoto reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to multi-accounting, coordinated abuse, or systematic exploitation of bonus terms — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

08 Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply to all wagers placed on the Anekatoto platform. Game-specific rules are published within each product section of the Platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed by the system. Members are responsible for verifying bet details before confirmation.
• Anekatoto reserves the right to void bets placed on events where the outcome was known at the time of wagering, or where a clear pricing error occurred.
• In the event of a technical fault during a live game or sports event, Anekatoto's decision on bet settlement shall be final and binding.
• Sports bets on Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, and other markets are subject to the applicable sport-specific rules as published in the Sportsbook section.
• Maximum win limits apply per bet and per event as displayed in the bet placement interface.
• Anekatoto operates a palpable error policy: bets accepted at clearly erroneous odds (significantly outside the market rate) may be voided or settled at the correct odds at Anekatoto's discretion.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Anekatoto platform and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Operating more than one registered account, whether directly or through third parties.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit bonuses, or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, odds, or bonus eligibility.
• Engaging in sports arbitrage, matched betting, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds derived from illegal activity or using the Platform for money laundering purposes.
• Providing false or fraudulent identification documents during the KYC process.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, harms, or threatens the integrity of the Platform or other Members.
• Allowing underage individuals to access your account or use your payment details on the Platform.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

Anekatoto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member's account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of applicable law.
• Discovery that the Member is under 21 years of age.
• A valid self-exclusion or responsible gambling request submitted by the Member.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations that require account restrictions.

Upon closure for a breach of these Terms, Anekatoto may withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found, cleared non-bonus funds will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method. Members may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting customer support.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the Anekatoto Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, game interfaces, software, and design elements — is the exclusive property of Anekatoto or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, recreational purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of Platform content is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of Anekatoto.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Anekatoto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or expected winnings.
• Losses arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, or connectivity failures.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform.

Anekatoto's total aggregate liability to any Member for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Responsible Gambling

Anekatoto is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide a suite of player protection tools, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are available to all Members at no charge through the account settings panel.

14 Privacy & Data Protection

Anekatoto collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described therein.

We implement technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss. However, no electronic transmission is entirely secure, and Members use the Platform at their own risk with respect to data transmission.

15 Amendments to These Terms

Anekatoto reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice to Members via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which Anekatoto holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising from or relating to this Agreement that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitral body.

In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, Anekatoto's decision shall be final and binding, subject only to the dispute resolution process outlined above. Members are encouraged to contact customer support in the first instance to resolve any concerns informally before escalating to formal proceedings.
